Types of Tickets

There are two types of tickets:

1. Admission Ticket - 1 event entry on September 16, 2025 and September 17, 2025, 1 Welcome Bag, and 1 Spot for the on-site raffles. Participants are responsible for other costs.
2. Full Ticket -  1 event entry on September 16, 2025 and September 17, 2025, 1 bed in a standard twin room on September 15, 2025 and September 16, 2025, 1 Welcome Bag, and eligibility 1 Spot for the on-site raffles. Participants are responsible for other costs.

Accommodation

Full Ticket includes 2 nights of designated hotel accommodation. The accommodation consists of one bed in a standard twin room. Admission Ticket does not include accommodation.

Rewards & Recognition

CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between March 01, 2025 to August 31, 2025.

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information. 
2. RSVP must be submitted before the specified deadline.  Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
3. Since CalerieAcademy involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event. 
4. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Admission Tickets can be transferred. Full Tickets can be transferred before the modification deadline of August 31, 2025 (PT). BPs who do not register for this event before the RSVP deadline of August 15, 2025 (PT) will automatically have their tickets invalidated.
5. After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to event@calerie.com or use the Intercom at the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until August 31, 2025. No changes will be accepted after August 31, 2025.   
6. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, their event qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for different countries for passage.
