1. Admission Ticket: Each Admission Ticket includes event entry and Gala Dinner on December 16, 2025, one Alpha Hope, one Welcome Bag and one on-site raffle entry. (Tickets are only for the 2025 CalerieAcademy IX & CalerieSummit lll - North America.)
2. All prizes are available for on-site collection only. If the winner is not a CalerieLife BP, the winner can pick up the Product Pack on-site and claim the won Points (MP/DP) by registering as a BP within 10 days after the end of the event. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
3. Please carry your identification documents with you for check-in, welcome bag pickup, and verification of the raffle results.

Rewards & Recognition

CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between September 01, 2025 to November 30, 2025.

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for different countries for passage.
