RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information.
2. RSVP must be submitted before the specified deadline.  Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
3. Since CalerieAcademy involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
4. CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between May 31, 2024 and August 31, 2024. (Those who have achieved the ranks before May 31, 2024 have been recognized in the 3rd CalerieAcademy)
5. The Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Tickets obtained can be transferred free of charge before August 10, 2024 (PT). BPs who did not register for this event before August 05, 2024 (PT) after purchase will have their ticket qualification automatically invalidated.
6. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, their event qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Meals & Accommodation

1. The trip includes meals from September 10, 2024 to September 11, 2024, and breakfast on September 12, 2024.
2. This trip includes designated hotel accommodations. Accommodation will be one queen bed in a standard hotel room.

Airport Transportation

When possible, ground transportation services between the airport and the hotel will be provided throughout official arrival (September 09, 2024) and departure days (September 12, 2024) of the event. The shuttle service schedule will be arranged according to participants' provided flight information. This service is only available to and from the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) to designated hotels. Anyone arriving prior to or staying beyond the official event dates will be responsible for their own transportation.

Cancelation and No-show Fees

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or use the Intercom at the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until August 10, 2024. No changes will be accepted after August 10, 2024.

Participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or use the Intercom at the BP Backoffice until August 20, 2024.

For participants who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time after purchasing the tickets, CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts). Any qualifications that are withdrawn or no-show will be considered void and cannot be retained for other events.

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for different countries for passage.
