Purchasing Tickets for 2023 CalerieSummit Malaysia

1. There is a total of 1,200 sets of the 2023 CalerieSummit Malaysia Package, first come first served.
2. Each BP can purchase up to 3 sets. Tickets obtained can be transferred.
3. Time period for purchasing: October 02, 2023, 00:00 AM to October 31, 2023, 11:00 PM (PT)
4. Tickets obtained from this promotion are eligible for the 2023 CalerieSummit Malaysia and 1st CalerieAcademy only.
5. All products included in the packages and giveaways of this promotional set cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. Click the link below to access the BP Backoffice, where you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information.
2. RSVP must be submitted before the specified deadline. Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
3. Since the event involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old.
4. Childcare services will not be provided during this event. Due to limited seating, only attendees who purchased the tickets will be accommodated. Please make your own childcare arrangements during the event.
5. Any unauthorized substitution of participants without prior notification to CalerieLife™ is strictly prohibited. If participant information does not match the registered information with CalerieLife™, their attendance eligibility will be revoked, and CalerieLife™ will not make any hospitality arrangements for them or the substituted participant.

Accommodation

All attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.

Transportation

All attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Brand Partners' Responsibility

2. Participants must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the last day of their trip and that, if necessary, they have the required visas to travel to one or more countries.
