RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information.
2. RSVP must be submitted before the specified deadline. Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this Summit.
3. Since the Summit involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
4. CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to Brand Partners who achieve Five-Star Director or above before January 31, 2024.
5. The reward qualifications cannot be transferred or refunded. BPs who did not register for this event will have their reward qualification automatically terminated.
6. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, their travel qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Meals & Accommodations

1. Full Tickets include meals and/or meal vouchers and accommodations;
2. Day Pass Tickets include meals and/or meal vouchers but do not include accommodations;
3. Admission Tickets are for Summit & CalerieAcademy on Mar 19, 2024 and Mar 20, 2024 only, and do not include meals or accommodations.

Airport Transportation

When possible, ground transportation services between the airport and the hotel will be provided upon official arrival (Mar 18, 2024) and departure days (Mar 22, 2024) of the event. This service is only available to and from the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to Resorts World Las Vegas. Anyone arriving prior to or staying beyond the official event dates will be responsible for their own transportation. Please note that the transportation service may vary depending on the destination and is not guaranteed.‍

Airplane Subsidy

If the earner of the qualification is absent in person, and the qualifications have not been transferred to someone present, no airfare subsidy will be issued; if the earner of qualification is absent but has transferred the qualification to someone present, 50% of the airfare subsidy will be issued to the account of the qualification earner; if the earner of the qualification is present in person, 100% of the airfare subsidy will be issued to the account of the qualification earner.

Cancelation and No-show Fees

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to the CalerieLife Events Department for changing participants (valid proof required) until February 10, 2024. No changes will be accepted after February 10, 2024.

Participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, force majeure, or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application to the CalerieLife Events Department until February 15, 2024. Participants who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time will be charged a $2,500 fee. CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts).

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for different countries for passage.
