Purchasing Tickets for 2024 3rd CalerieAcademy Los Angeles

1. There are a total of 500 sets for the 2024 3rd CalerieAcademy Los Angeles Admission Ticket Package, first come first serve. 
2. Limited to 5 sets per BP. Purchased tickets can be transferred. 
3. The Admission Ticket Package includes eligibility for an on-site raffle. Only BPs are eligible for winning. New BPs registered within 10 days after the end of the event are also eligible for the prize. 
4. Time period for Admission Tickets and RSVP: May 02, 2024, 00:00 AM to May 12, 2024, 11:00 PM (PDT)
5. Admission Tickets obtained from this promotion are eligible for the 2024 3rd CalerieAcademy Los Angeles only.
6. The Admission Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information. 
2. Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
3. CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to Brand Partners who achieve Three-Star Director or above, before May 31, 2024.
4. Since CalerieAcademy involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
5. The admission tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Tickets obtained can be transferred. BPs who did not register for this event will have their ticket qualification automatically invalidated. 
6. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, their event qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Meals & Accommodations

This event includes dinner. All attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. 

Transportation

All attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Cancelation and No-Show

1. After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or use the Intercom at the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until May 12, 2024. No changes will be accepted after May 12, 2024.
2. Participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or use the Intercom at the BP Backoffice until May 12, 2024. 
3. For participants who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time after purchasing their tickets, CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts). 

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for different countries for passage.
